Telescada's ATS-8 is a field proven instrument designed for the real-time monitoring, alarming, data logging and control of Natural Gas Distribution pressure, flow and/or temperature. It's explosion proof cast aluminum enclosure makes the ATS-8C ideally packaged for vault locations. The ATS-8 communicates wirelessly to relay up to 4 (four) real-time pressure, flow or temperature conditions to a central SCADA system. Up to 4 (four) digital status channels alarm upon conditions of elevated water levels or intrusion. Up to 4 (four) control output channels can be configured to remotely operate dry contact switches where needed. More than a simple electronic recorder, the ATS-8 automatically reports any out of range conditions and transmits all monitored values for review, analysis and action.

Communication Options		Powered by a deep cycle sealed lead acid battery, trickle charged by a solar charger, the ATS-8 is wall mounted in any Class 1, Div. 1 environment. Intrinsically safe, solid state modular pressure transducers are mounted within the ATS-8 enclosure. Explosion proof fittings bring gas supply, communication and/or power supply lines into the enclosure. The Telescada T-Link™ Software Utility is the virtual control panel for the ATS-8. T-Link™ provides local configuration, calibration and on-site data retrieval for a network of Telescada ATS Series RTUs. Using any of the ATS Series communications options allows the ATS-8's recorded data and alarms to be sent to a central SCADA system for review, analysis and action.
